Ecstatic Heart Puja 7/26/2017

Ecstatic Heart Puja

~Presented by Ritual~

Wednesday, July 26, 7-10pm
The Center SF Teahouse, 548 Fillmore St.
A Puja is a Tantric Ritual of worship where we gather to share connection, celebrate life, and tap into our own divine life-force energy. At this Ecstatic Heart Puja, we will be creating a safe space to call in the sacred, open our hearts and tap into our juicy sensuality and sublime presence. It’s a celebration of love through a series of heart-opening partnered experiences. You’ll be guided into your senses through sacred poetry – connecting with your own body through movement and breath and to others through eye-gazing and healing touch.
This Puja is based on the poetry of the Radiance Sutras, a modern interpretation of the Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra, an ancient Tantrik text. Through an series of meditations, Shiva offers his consort, Devi, practices that lead into “joyous union with the life of the universe.”
This is a fully clothed event. You are welcome to participate at exactly the level that feels right for you. Open to singles, couples, triads, etc… and people of all genders. We support our full community – apply here for a low income ticket:
“I feel like before Tantra, I was able to clearly see the Divine in others and through Tantra I’m now able to see my own.” ~M.S.

Embracing the Beloved – Cacao Ceremony & Puja for Singles

Valentine’s Day – Tues, Feb 14th – 7pm-11pm
Oakland Hills Private Venue
$40 Tickets

This Valentine’s Day, join us for for an evening of conscious connection with our yummy community of Tantrikas, opening to the Beloved residing in each of us. In this ceremony, we’ll be calling Eros to work through us, stirring our sensual energies and opening together into a field of sacred loving. Using Tantrik practices to embody your sexuality while remaining aligned with the heart, we’re inviting awakened singles to come celebrate our nature as sexual beings, initiating one another into a higher octave of authentic expression. This evening promises to be a safe space for you to connect and explore your own energies and desires, and a powerful opportunity to cast a love spell into the universe, calling your own sacred Beloved into your life.

Our ceremonial medicine will be raw cacao, which opens and activates the heart, inviting us into deeper intimacy. Cacao has been used ceremonially by the Mayan, Aztec, and Olmec people for millennia, and today our cacao is grown by their indigenous descendants in Southern Belize. Drinking cacao directly into our heart space creates an alchemy for powerful intimacy to emerge.

Puja is the Sanskrit word for Worship. Drawing on Tantrik practice, we will enter into a Ritual of divine play between the masculine and the feminine. Anointing each other and calling forth our highest selves, we will embody Shiva and Shakti in their infinite dance of love and attraction. Our Puja will guide you to open your heart to receive the Beloved in us all, and to be witnessed in your heartfelt desire to call that precious being into your life.

Following the Puja, we will have time for relaxation and snuggles, ensuring everyone gets fully loved up this Valentines Day! This will be a clothing-on event, with no direct sexual contact, but sexual energy is more than welcome between enthusiastically consenting participants. 🙂
